Terms of Service

A license lets you use Weborite Studio on one computer for your own agency work, including work you deliver to clients. The sites and mockups you make are yours. You're responsible for how you contact prospects and for the outside accounts you connect.

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Weborite Solutions ("we", "us"), a business based in Pakistan. By installing or using Weborite Studio ("the app"), including the demo, you agree to them. If you use the app for a company, you agree for that company.

2. Buying a license

We sell licenses directly. We send you an invoice, you pay it by bank transfer, Payoneer or Wise, and we email your license key once the payment arrives. You're responsible for any fees your bank or payment service charges, and for any taxes that apply to you.

3. Your license

• A license is personal to you or your company and is active on one computer at a time. You can move it by deactivating it in Settings and activating it on another computer.
• A monthly or yearly license runs until the end date on your invoice. We send a renewal invoice before it ends. If you choose not to renew, the app asks for an active license key when the paid period ends. Your data stays on your computer, and it's all there again when you renew.
• You may not resell, share or publish license keys, or remove, bypass or interfere with the license check or the demo limits.
• You may not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.

4. The demo

The demo is free and includes every feature with usage limits. Used allowances don't come back when you delete something. We may change the demo limits for new installs.

5. What you make

Mockups, sites, text and exports you create with the app belong to you, and you can use them for your clients. You're responsible for having the right to use the content you capture or upload, such as a prospect's logo, photos and text, and for checking what you publish. Designs are generated by AI and can contain mistakes, so review them before sending or publishing.

6. Your responsibilities

• Follow the laws that apply when you find and contact businesses, including anti-spam, telemarketing and data protection rules.
• Only connect WordPress sites, Meta pages and other accounts you're authorised to manage.
• Follow the terms of the services you connect, including Anthropic, Google and Meta. Their charges are between you and them.
• Keep backups of client sites before converting or updating them.

7. Updates and support

While your subscription is active you get app updates and email support at hello@weborite.com. We may add, change or remove features. We'll give notice before removing a major feature you pay for.

8. Outside services

The app depends on services we don't control, such as Claude, Google Maps, WordPress plugins and Meta. If one of them changes, limits access or stops working, parts of the app may stop working too. We'll try to adapt, but we can't promise it.

9. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We don't promise it will be free of errors or that it will win you clients. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, including damage to a website the app changes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Ending these terms

You can stop using the app and stop renewing at any time. We may suspend or cancel a license that breaks these terms, for example a shared or resold key. Sections 5, 9, 10 and 12 continue after the terms end.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting consumer rights you have where you live.

13. Changes

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above, and the app will ask you to accept the new version the next time it starts.
