Refund Policy

Try the free demo before you buy. If Weborite Studio still isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we'll give you your money back.

First purchase

You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a monthly or yearly license. Email hello@weborite.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number. You don't have to give a reason, but it helps us improve.

Renewals

Renewal payments aren't refunded. If you don't want to renew, just don't pay the renewal invoice. Your license keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for.

When we can't refund

• Licenses cancelled for breaking the Terms of Service, such as a shared or resold key.
• Charges from Anthropic, Google, Meta, your web host or other services you connect. Those are billed by them.

How refunds are paid

We refund through the same service you paid with, such as a bank transfer, Payoneer or Wise, within 7 business days of approving it. Fees the payment services keep can't be refunded. When a refund is made, the license key stops working.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any refund rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
